Order Processing

Most in-stock orders placed are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that processing times may increase during product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.


Pre-Order Items

Any items listed as Pre-Order are made to order and require additional production time.

Estimated production time for pre-order items is approximately 4–6 weeks before shipment.

Please understand that pre-order timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production and delivery times may be impacted by circumstances outside of our direct control, including but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing delays
  • Material shortages
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • High order volume

We will always do our best to keep customers updated if significant delays occur.


Shipping Transit Times

Shipping transit times are separate from processing and production times.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s network.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Dyzana Sports is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
